About the Role

ARTRAGE is looking to bring on an engaging, proactive and strategic Development Coordinator to join our team of 3 located in Perth City. Reporting to our Head of Development, your responsibilities will be:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with supporters and donors through tailored communications, impact updates, and stewardship activities.
  • Contributing to the implementation of ARTRAGE's Philanthropy Plan, including grant proposals, fundraising campaigns, and creative donor engagement initiatives.
  • Planning and delivering fundraising and donor events, manage logistics and guest lists, and support high-profile occasions like launches and ceremonies.
  • Coordinating marketing efforts for philanthropic engagement across e-newsletters, social media, and donor-facing content.
  • Maintaining accurate donor records, process donations promptly, and generate reports for campaign tracking and donor insights.
  • Working closely with Programming, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to support development-related projects and campaigns.
  • Ensuring high-quality documentation, project coordination, and reporting to internal teams and philanthropic stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-quality donor engagement and stewardship.
  • Experience planning and delivering donor events and fundraising campaigns
  • Strong skills in maintaining accurate donor records using CRM systems with the ability to generate reports.
  • Experience contributing to grant applications and philanthropic proposals, with a solid understanding of fundraising language, impact reporting, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments.
