Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commercial Sales Business Development Manager and Sales Coordinator. The role is located on-site in Western Australia. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional tasks include preparing sales proposals, managing sales pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sales or business development experience in waterproofing, coatings, or construction materials.
- Solid understanding of the Australian construction industry, especially project-based sales cycles.
- Proven ability to build relationships across multiple decision-making levels.
- Experience influencing specifications and managing long-lead project opportunities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing pipeline visibility.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Relevant qualifications in business, construction, or a trade background are highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate as required.
