The Capability Development Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key training and development initiatives within the People and Capability Team.
This temporary position in West Perth offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to professional services in a structured and collaborative environment.

Description
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain and update training records and employee development plans.
- Support the design and implementation of capability frameworks and learning pathways.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and organisational policies in all training activities.
- Prepare reports and metrics on training outcomes and participation rates.
- Provide administrative support for people and capability team and projects as required.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of development programs and suggest improvements.
Profile
A successful Capability Development Coordinator should have:
- Relevant qualifications in human resources, organisational development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in coordinating training programs or similar initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other HR software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
- Knowledge of professional services industry standards and best practices.
