Possability Group is seeking a Business Officer – Operations to support our Disability Operational teams with financial and administrative tasks that ensure accurate data, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

About The Role
In this pivotal role, you'll:

  • Conduct financial assessments for new client enquiries (budgeting and quoting services)
  • Initiate and maintain client contractual arrangements
  • Monitor NDIS plans, claims, and billing to ensure alignment with service delivery
  • Ensure strict compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
  • Support reporting and administrative functions across multiple platforms

Your work will directly impact the quality and sustainability of support services provided to our participants.
About You
We're looking for someone with:

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration/business management
  • Strong ICT literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Experience navigating complex billing structures and identifying process improvements
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, negotiation, and mediation
  • Strong time management, initiative, and multitasking abilities
  • A commitment to delivering services within defined budgetary constraints
