Administative Officer — Full-Time

Location: Melbourne, VIC (onsite)

We're looking for a proactive, creative Office & Events Coordinator to keep our office humming and run seamless events and travel. If you're a Microsoft 365 whiz, love organising people and details, and thrive in a dynamic environment—this is for you.

What you'll do


• Plan and deliver company events (vendors, invites, run-sheets, on-the-day logistics)


• Manage end-to-end travel: flights, accommodation, itineraries & changes


• Own office operations: supplies, rooms, reception inbox/phones, onboarding logistics


• Build slick docs, trackers and presentations in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)


• Draft clear comms: memos, agendas, event briefs


• Streamline processes, spot issues early, and drive improvements

About you


• Strong Microsoft 365 skills; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools


• Excellent written & verbal communication


• High initiative, creative problem-solver, self-motivated and organised


• Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving team

Nice to have: basic budgeting for events/travel, Power Automate/Forms, experience with travel booking tools, event certificates (e.g., Cert IV in Business/Event Management).
