As an Office allrounder you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Manage office inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked.
Support accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
Assist with project management and coordination as needed.
Inventory, Costing & Operational Support
Monitor inventory levels and best-before dates to avoid stock issues
Lock in production schedules aligned with demand and shelf life
Track slow-moving stock and recommend sales tactics to clear it
Maintain and update Cost of Goods (COGS) across all products
Assist with demand forecasting and stock planning across channels
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
