Our Docklands office is looking for an energetic Administration Assistant to support our operations, engineering, and client teams.

What You'll Do

  • You'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly:

  • Be the friendly face of the office — answer phones, manage supplies, and assist with facilities and IT coordination.

  • Support engineers and the operations team by scheduling, following up clients, and keeping project records up to date.

  • Help manage our client communication — sending weekly project updates, assisting with invoicing, and checking in with client admin teams.

  • Keep our CRM, vehicle logs, and supplier records accurate and current.

Collaborate across the business to support marketing, reporting, and workflow improvements.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, reliable, and upbeat, with excellent attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (we use Xero and WorkFlowMax).

A great communicator — professional on the phone, clear in writing, and friendly in person.

Excited to work in a fast-paced professional office where initiative and teamwork are valued.

No formal qualifications are required — just the right attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn
