THE ROLE

As the Office Coordinator you will be the go to person for all day to day office needs including office supplies, event coordination, and facilities management. Some of your day to day duties include:

  • Providing admin support to the leadership team including travel arrangements, document preparation and presentations.
  • Overseeing all day to day office administration including stationary, kitchen supplies and managing facility requests and service needs.
  • Providing administrative support and coordination of general events including staff monthly lunches, end of year events etc.
  • Supporting expense reconciliation and corporate credit card processes for leadership team.
  • Nominated fire warden and first warden for head office including attending annual trainings.
  • Performing data entry and basic BI analytical support to finance team.

This role would suit those seeking flexibility but with experience in a similar office support or administrative role. To be considered candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well with others and strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to day to day tasks
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Tertiary Qualifications in any field or Advanced Diploma as a minimum required
