**Optical Assistant/Receptionist - Eyes on Docklands**
Part-Time | 1-3 days per week/ Monday to Friday (Hours flexible) | No Weekends or Late Nights

Looking for a career in eye care with work-life balance? Eyes on Docklands is seeking a friendly and motivated Optical Assistant/Receptionist to join our independent practice in the heart of Docklands.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome patients and manage front desk reception
- Handle bookings, phone enquiries, and admin tasks
- Assist patients with frame selection and lens choices (training provided)
- Support the optometrist and practice team in delivering exceptional care

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- A positive, adaptable team player eager to learn
- Optical/retail experience ideal, but not essential - dispensing training provided
