Reporting into the Dropship New Business Manager, the **Integration & Admin Coordinator** is responsible for collaborating with our third party suppliers and internal merchandise teams to resolve EDI connectivity issues with suppliers ensuring online orders can be sent to supplier and accurate information can be passed back to Myer’s system.
- **Full time, 6-month fixed term opportunity**:

- Exciting opportunity to gain exposure in a large retail head office
- Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our support office (mostly working remotely)

**About the role**:

- Manage non dispatch reporting on a daily basis for all Dropship orders. Proactively communicate issues and bring these issue to a resolution to relevant stakeholders
- Troubleshoot ongoing integration issues and laisse between Dropship & Myer Market suppliers and sellers
- Work collaboratively with key Myer stakeholders to provide continued assistance, direction and issue resolution ensuring all order information is received accurately and in a timely manner
- Receive Myer GIS system alerts and queries from external parties via the dropship inbox and ensure that any issues are resolved appropriately
- Receive Myer error alerts and queries from external parties via the Marketplace inbox and ensure that any issues are resolved appropriately
- Manage customer service portal set up for new accounts and support all related inquiries from customer service department

**About you**:

- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with on-boarding dropship vendors, e-commerce, supply chain or similar roles preferred
- Experience with EDI & API messaging preferred
- Excellent communication - written, verbal with the ability to articulate complex technology requirements to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside a broad range of key stakeholders in order to achieve business outcomes
- Team oriented, and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
