Specialized support for Foodservice Sales Team in carrying out administrative activities for sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
The Role (12-month contract - maternity cover)
Bega Group have an exciting opportunity within the Foodservice Team to support account managers in maximising customer relationships and deliver sales targets and business objectives. You will be working alongside some of the best in the business to ensure the successful execution of plans in the marketplace.
As the Assistant Business Manager, you will carry out channel and territory reporting analysis, follow up of sales programs and administration of accounts, promotional trade spend, pricing, claims and credit management. You will navigate a wide variety of processes and procedures in order to provide solutions. You will be passionate about our market leading brands and have excellent knowledge of the Bega range.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to account management team- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports- Resolve queries from internal stakeholders or external customers or suppliers- Interpret data and identify possible answers- Provide advanced product/service information and respond to basic customer questions about the product/ service- General Admin Duties
About you- Demonstrated commitment to Team culture- Understanding of FMCG and foodservice industry ideal- Experience and understanding of sales processes and systems administration- Understanding of customer dynamics- Strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail- Proactiveness, resilience and be a team player- General office/operational systems knowledge; SAP knowledge an advantage
