Ozcar Pty Ltd Braybrook VIC are looking for a temporary Registration Clerk to work in one of the largest Used Car Dealerships in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful fast paced Motor Group with an outstanding Admin team, with an immediate start and the required date's of employment will be from 10th December 2025 to the 15th of January 2026.

Hours for the position are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Remuneration will be pro rata $65,000.00 per annum. This is an annual leave temporary role only,

Key Duties for the Role:

  • Registration of all stock cars
  • Renewals and Transfers
  • Liaising with VIC roads
  • Plate Swaps
  • Reconcile receipts and payments made to VIC roads
  • Updating road worthy Slips
  • General admin duties
  • Fortnightly Stocktakes
  • Assist stock controller with processing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales
  • Relief Reception (lunch hour and late shift)

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Previous experience as Registration Clerk
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A positive and enthusiastic Team player
  • Understanding of the Department of Transport and Main Roads
  • Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the Automotive industry is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Licence and own transport
