As a Vehicle Agent, you'll be the backbone of our fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are prepared, serviced, and ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate vehicle preparation to meet company and customer standards.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, roadworthy, and parked for easy collection.
  • Install and verify tracking devices during preparation.
  • Manage handover preparation, including removing trackers and verifying vehicle condition.
  • Perform regular vehicle audits for quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including registration and service history.
  • Monitor stock levels for preparation materials and supplies.
  • Conduct daily yard checks and manage key control.
  • Work closely with Fleet and Location teams to ensure seamless operations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Attention to detail in vehicle preparation and auditing.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with vehicle preparation, servicing intervals, and basic vehicle checks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience working with Telematics and tracking devices.
  • Experience in inventory management and auditing.
  • Current valid Driver's Licence
