We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Accounts team, reporting to the AR Team Leader. Full training will be provided on our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium to large account reconciliations, payments, allocations, and collections of overdue accounts
  • Handle all Accounts Receivable functions
  • Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices
  • Process and organise credit notes for approval
  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls daily
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Take ownership of accounts with accountability and initiative

The Person

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about collections and delivering results.

You will bring:

  • Strong data entry skills and phone collections experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently while contributing to the team
