Australian owned and operated Hardware and Hand Tool supplier, founded in 1978, is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Data Entry officer to join our friendly team, with a strong focus on Customer Service.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Enter a high volume of sales orders daily

  • Strong management of any outstanding debtors via phone & email

  • Support sales team and maintain customer database

  • Liaise with warehouse staff and freight companies

  • Allocation & payments

  • Filing and ordering of office supplies

  • Ensure office and meeting room is in a clean and presentable manner

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional phone manner

  • 3+ years in a similar role with Accounts Receivable experience

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Very good numeric skills

  • Strong attention to detail, well organised, reliable and a fast learner

  • Respond to clients in a timely manner

Schedule:

  • Full-time Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
