**Job Title**: Accounts Receivables Officer (Part-Time)

**Location**: Clayton South

**Position Type**: Part-Time (3 days per week)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and escalate any significant issues to management.
- Assist with basic office administration tasks such as filing, document management, and general office support.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on accounts receivable status.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the finance department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
- Previous experience with bank reconciliation is a plus.

**Work Schedule**:

- 3 days per week (flexible days to be agreed upon with the employer).
- This is a part-time position with the possibility of growth.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
