About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Lloyd Accounting Co. Pty Ltd in Albury.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the welcoming face of our firm — greeting clients, managing reception and providing essential administrative support — while also assisting with our accounts receivable processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct clients and visitors to the right team member
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Process and follow up invoices and payments
  • Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative and office support to the team
  • Assist with other general office duties

About You

You're a people person with great attention to detail and a proactive approach. You'll also bring:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service (experience in an accounting or professional services firm highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Xero is an advantage
  • Great time management skills and ability to multitask
  • A friendly, professional and client-focused approach
