We're now looking for someone who shares these values to join our dynamic Finance Team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer.


The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with 3+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable. Based at our Eastern Creek office, you'll be an integral part of a supportive and busy team, working closely with the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing outgoing payments in line with company policies
  • Daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording AP data
  • Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with raising purchase orders and back charges
  • Maintaining vendor insurance documentation and setting up new vendors
  • Managing a shared accounts inbox
  • Milestone invoicing for construction projects
  • Assisting in final account preparation for project completion

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and AP principles
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent data entry skills
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and AP automation software (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must have own transport and a valid driver's licence
  • Experience in the construction or home building industry will be highly regarded
