We're Moonessa, a Western Australian lifestyle brand specialising in premium Turkish Towels and Hooded Towels. We've been part of Fremantle Markets for years and are now looking for a reliable team member to join us.

Role Details

  • Location: Fremantle Markets
  • Hours: Regular Season: Friday & Sunday (9am–6pm)
  • Christmas Season (Nov–Dec): Friday, Saturday & Sunday (9am–6pm)

What You'll Do

  • Open and close our stall with care and responsibility
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice
  • Handle sales through our POS system (training provided if needed)
  • Keep the stall clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
  • Ensure products are always well presented

Who We're Looking For

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and committed — we value people who show up when they say they will
  • Great communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
  • Confident with POS systems, or willing to learn quickly
  • Ideally a university student seeking steady weekend work
