As our Office Coordinator, your exceptional organisational skills, communication acuity and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously will help you ensure the seamless coordination of daily operations, communication within teams and different offices, and providing critical support to our Managing Directors.

Other responsibilities include:
- Assisting Managing Directors with meetings, formatting of documents, expense reports, and diary and travel management.
- Communicating with external stakeholders, including document preparation for projects within but not limited to the government sector.
- Coordination of local office supplies, including stationery, snacks, IT stock, etc.
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Canberra Office, Brisbane Office and other offices as needed.
- Booking & scheduling meeting rooms and managing room calendars.
- Coordinate staff meetings, liaise with staff for agenda items, and assist other teams (such as HR and Marketing) for all local events.
- Greet and manage guests to office.
- Liaise with our Accounts Payable department for local office requirements.
- Checking and processing invoices relating to local office.
- Assist executives and/or the Operations team on special projects including event planning.
- Work with our Human Resources department for all staff related matters, including starters, leavers, any local training, and anything leave related.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar Office Coordinator role.
- Due to the nature of the work with our Australian Government clients, you must have or be eligible to obtain baseline security clearance.
- Experience with diary management for multiple executives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with managing international and domestic travel.
- Advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- High level of organisational skill, time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- Professional, motivated and energetic approach.
- Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of the organisation.
