Vectiq is seeking an experienced
Project Support Officer
to join the ICT Fit-out Projects Team of one of our clients. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative, financial, and coordination support across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the projects.
  • Manage project logistics including travel bookings, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and financial tracking reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams, finance, and PMO.
  • Monitor project expenditure.
  • Carry out general operational and administrative duties.

About You

  • Australian Citizen with NV2 or higher security clearance.
  • Proven experience in a Project Support / Administration / Coordination role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience managing project finances, budgets, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across APS and contractor teams.
  • Prior experience in government or ICT project environments highly regarded.
