About The Role
As a Program Coordinator within the Technology Services Division, you will play an integral role in overseeing various projects that leverage technology to improve processes within the NDIS. You will coordinate project activities, manage risks, and facilitate communication to ensure project goals are met, ultimately enhancing the participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing program strategies.
- Provide administrative and project management support.
- Create and manage reports, risk analyses, and issue registers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project parameters and objectives.
- Facilitate team meetings and manage the kanban board.
- Serve as a communication bridge among team members and stakeholders.
- Organize project meetings and workshops.
- Uphold program processes and documentations.
Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years' experience in a similar role (PMO or business administration).
- Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in supporting hiring and onboarding activities.
- Hands-on experience in program management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in project management or similar fields are preferred.
Eligibility/Requirements
- Australian citizenship required.
- Relevant background checks and being willing to obtain a Baseline security clearance are mandatory.
