At Anglicare, we're seeking a Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen supporter relationships, foster donor engagement, and facilitate meaningful partnerships that address poverty and drive lasting community change.

Your Day-to-Day

In this varied role, you will contribute to growing Anglicare's fundraising by:

  • Support strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications.
  • Develop and manage community partnerships and fundraising activities.
  • Act as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements.
  • Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics.
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM systems.
  • A collaborative and positive mindset, with a genuine commitment to supporting our mission.
