THE OPPORTUNITY

As our National Account Manager, you'll be the strategic architect of our most important retail partnerships. Drive revenue growth, manage high-level stakeholder relationships, and ensure breadsolutions maintains its position as the premium choice for Australia's leading retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic relationships with major supermarkets
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to maximize revenue
  • Manage contract negotiations and commercial P&L performance
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for seamless delivery
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Support new product development and category expansion opportunities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 5 years' national account management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing
  • Proven track record managing relationships with major Australian retailers
  • Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation expertise
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in frozen/bakery categories preferred
