POS Visual Solutions is a fast-growing Large Format Print & Signage business, specializing in national retail print and graphics campaigns across Australia. Based in Braeside, Melbourne. We are looking for an additional experienced Pre-Press Operator to join our energetic and passionate team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional with a strong background in Large Format Pre-Press & Print Production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys delivering high-quality print solutions for top brands.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist current Pre-Press Operator with preparing artwork for Large Format printing and signage production using Pre-Press programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Managing Print RIP programs (Onyx)
  • Print Production - When required, assist with digital print production & finishing, ensuring the highest print quality and standards for our valued clients

Working collaboratively in a supportive, hard-working, and fun team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Large Format Pre-Press & Print Production

    - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Print RIP software

    - HP Latex Printing Knowledge: Experience with HP "Latex" Large Format technology is highly regarded

    - Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards in print quality and finishing

    - Communication & Teamwork: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
