The role of Customer Service Officer at our Braeside location is an important role as our business continues to grow.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager to be successful in this role you will excel at customer service duties including:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, orders, or service issues
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Processing orders, returns, and account updates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Supporting service improvement initiatives and contributing to team KPIs

Qualifications for success

  • a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service or similar role
  • ability to stay calm and work to deadlines
  • a demonstrated ability to effectively work within small teams, and collaborate
  • strong verbal and written English skills
  • a valid visa to work in Australia, or have permanent residency, or be an Australian or New Zealand citizen.
