What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a brilliant human to join our Account function based out of our Braeside head office. This role is ideal for anyone eager to gain experience in a fast-paced accounts environment within an innovative and tech-forward business.

As a member of our growing Accounts Receivable team, your day will include:


• Own your city's AR portfolio – manage and chase customers to keep accounts up to date


• Communicate firmly and effectively with your customers (inbound and outbound calls to chase funds alongside online chat and emails).


• Ensuring that the payments tracker is consistently live and up to date.


• Reporting on the overdue profile of the city in weekly team meetings.


• Assisting in invoicing and commercial payments when required.


• Acting as the point of contact for routine account related issues.
