Lead the operational backbone of one of Australia's top Supercars teams.

Grove Racing is searching for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and elevate all non-core racing functions — ensuring our engineering and mechanical teams are free to focus purely on performance.

Reporting to the Team Principal, this role is responsible for leading the people, systems, and processes that underpin Grove Racing's success — from logistics and purchasing to facilities, financial coordination and strategic projects. It's a leadership position suited to a highly organised, forward-thinking operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Grove Racing's operational support team — logistics, stores, admin and facilities.
  • Build and refine systems that deliver consistency, visibility, and efficiency across all operations.
  • Oversee event logistics, transport scheduling, and workshop readiness through capable team leaders.
  • Manage procurement and inventory systems that keep the team fully equipped, on budget and on time.
  • Oversee workshop standards, facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Partner with the CEO and Head Office to improve planning, reporting, and cost control.
  • Drive special operational projects such as transporter upgrades, fit-outs and brand installations.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and readiness across all support functions.
About You

You're a natural organiser and leader who loves building structure, clarity, and capability. You think strategically, act proactively, and can see several steps ahead. You're not just running operations — you're building a system that makes everyone around you better.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience leading operations, logistics or project delivery teams.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments such as motorsport, logistics, events, construction or defence.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on systemisation, planning and people development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication under time pressure.
  • The ability to balance operational precision with big-picture thinking.
