Cooroy, QLD (Noosa Hinterland) | $79,489 + Super |  Full-Time contract.

The Cooroy Hotel is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. Located in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland, we're all about good food, good vibes, and a supportive team culture for our community focused venue.

What the job looks like:


• Running the day-to-day with a kitchen team of 10


• Backing up the Head Chef and keeping service running smoothly


• Helping out with menus, stock, and kitchen organisation


• Making sure food quality and hygiene are always spot-on


• Leading by example and keeping the team motivated

What we're after:


• Cert IV Commercial Cookery


• Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Accreditation


• Experience running or supervising in a busy kitchen


• A reliable, enthusiastic team player who loves what they do


• Strong communication and people skills


• Must have the right to work in Australia
