About the Roles

We are seeking motivated and dedicated kitchen professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are leading the team as a Sous Chef, creating quality meals as a Chef, or supporting the kitchen as a Cook, you will play an important role in our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meals for our bistro and functions
  • Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
  • Manage stock and food costs to support profitability
  • Mentor and support junior team members (Sous Chefs & Chefs)

What We're Looking For

  • Sous Chefs & Chefs: Experience in a busy kitchen, leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for great food
  • Minimum 3-4 years of kitchen experience required for Sous Chef positions
  • Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience required for Chef positions
  • Cooks: Previous kitchen experience preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
  • Previous kitchen experience is required for Cook positions
  • Australian work rights are required for all positions
