About the Role

As a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator, you'll care for deceased pets and create personalised paw prints and keepsakes, ensuring the respectful return of ashes with empathy and professionalism. You'll play a vital part in supporting grieving families and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pet ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery for return to clients
  • Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints; trim fur and claws for keepsakes
  • Prepare pets for final goodbye and cremation viewings
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and manage pets in the cool room
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries
About You
  • Compassion for animals and strong emotional intelligence
  • Able to handle deceased pets professionally and ethically
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing repetitive tasks
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer/admin work
  • Thrive in a clean, tidy, and ever-changing environment
