Warranty Administrator

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Warranty Administrator to join our Clarendon Homes QLD team.

This role is more than administration – you'll be a key part of our post-handover customer journey, ensuring warranty issues are managed smoothly, and clients feel heard and supported every step of the way. You'll also take on scheduling duties, coordinating trades and ensuring timelines are met with precision.

You'll act as the central liaison between homeowners, trades, suppliers, and internal departments – helping maintain our strong reputation for service and quality.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming client warranty enquiries, providing timely and clear updates
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to carry out warranty work within agreed timeframes
• Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure completion and quality standards are met
• Work closely with the Warranty Manager and other departments to resolve any escalations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including job logs, communications, and history
• Raise and process purchase orders and invoices for approval
• Prepare and share warranty statistics and reporting for internal teams
• Support the ongoing improvement of our warranty and scheduling systems and processes

About You
We're looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll bring:

• Proven experience in customer service, administration, or scheduling within the residential building, construction, or property sector
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – confident dealing with trades, internal teams, and clients
• Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail – able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience using CRMs, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
• Knowledge of the residential home building process is highly regarded
