- The ReachOut Parents One-on-one Support Program, _delivered by ReachOut Australia and The Benevolent Society, is a national service that offers free support to parents and caregivers to build their skills and confidence in supporting their teens who may be experiencing mental health issues.

The One-on-one Support program uses a virtual service delivery model to deliver up to 4 sessions to clients over the phone and online. Coaches use coaching tools through the ReachOut Parents dashboard to support clients to identify ways to support and strengthen their relationship with their teen.

**Your Responsibilities**

The Service Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with the ReachOut team to ensure responsive high quality service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with program delivery by maintaining and coordinating bookings; scheduling appointments for staff; liaison with internal and external stakeholders; developing, implementing and monitoring systems for data gathering and evaluation; and assisting with program activity reports for funding bodies.

**Skills and Experience**

Along with a background in supporting service delivery teams, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel with large data sets
- Technically savvy with the ability to work within a virtual service delivery model
- Experience of collating client feedback
- Experience managing/analysing data and preparing reports
- High level of professional accountability and integrity and a belief that every parent has potential
- High level written and verbal communication, it’s important to document our work
