**About the role**

CE Group is currently in a large period of growth and we have an exciting position for an experienced
**Bid Coordinator** to join our Estimating team
**. **Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this newly created position will support this growth and will coordinate and execute high quality tender submissions, working closely with various business units extending to entities in Australia, Papua New Guinea, NZ, Vanuatu, and Fiji.

**About you**:
This role will be varied in nature and will require someone who is able to manage priorities with competing deadlines. One of your main responsibilities will see you assisting the Pre-Contracts team in the preparation of tenders and fee proposals. Some other responsibilities will also include;
- Providing all round support to the Pre-Contracts team in writing, editing, and reviewing tender reports and fee proposals - updating previously written content.
- Managing multiple tasks at any given time, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring the final submission of high-quality bid documents.
- Sourcing and compiling company content, as well as review and format tender documents ensuring accuracy and strong brand compliance.
- Actively develop and maintain a high-quality library of company resources including CV’s, collateral, and project profiles to assist in preparing proposals and ensure the information stored is up to date and relevant.
- Preferable background in construction, however not essential.
- Preparation and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, post-tender correspondence, and presentations.
- Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing requests and tender deliverables.
- Liaising with Senior Management and key staff to obtain content required for submissions, project datasheets, resumes and the like, all within set timeframes.
- Maintaining internal database & CRM, registers, and various tender libraries.
- Monitoring of estimating inbox for tender addendums / client correspondence and distributing accordingly
- Assist with preparation of handover documentation from Estimating to Operations
- Contribute to the Go-No-Go meetings for each tender, tender preliminary and final reviews
- Setting up and maintaining the Tender Task List for all deliverables on each tender
- Determining all tender non-pricing deliverables and coordination and completion of all tender non-pricing deliverables

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, will have the following;
- Ability to research, source and analyse content required for tenders.
- Exceptional attention to detail with second to none drafting, proofing and editing skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks coupled with your ability to work under pressure, and to strict deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and competence in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position would be advantageous, training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable.
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative.
- Work well in teams and can be relied upon to perform in a high-volume environment.
