**Duties of a Client Care Coordinator**:

- Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy
- Manage client enquiries across various platforms
- Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery
- Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy
- Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards
- Manage client payments across payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay and Vet Pay
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

**About you**:

- Exceptional customer service skills, you’re an effective and clear communicator
- Intermediate Microsoft suit experience
- Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment
- An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner - when required
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude whilst under pressure
