**Monday to Friday **9:00 - 5:00 pm**

We help pet lovers honour a lifetime of unconditional love through exceptional customer service and genuine care

**About the role**

Your role as part of the Keepsake Preparation team will be to place pet ashes into our keepsake offerings such as urns, jewellery, wooden boxes or keepsake jewellery to be returned home to their loving owners.

This is can be a physical role as you will be on your feet whilst doing ashes preparation. Some of your other tasks include unpacking boxes, engraving, stock management and replenishment.

**What you would need to succeed**
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Has great computer skills
- Has at least 5 years proven office experience
- Is fit and strong for manual handling duties
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, trustworthy and take pride in your work
- Is naturally organised and a neat and tidy worker
- Can adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle in a calm and professional manner.
- Fully COVID vaccinated
