Administration Manager – Allied Health Clinics (Full Time)

At Activate Physiotherapy, we help people get out of pain so they can get on with living their best lives. We're looking for an Administration Manager to lead and support our reception and administrative teams across our two Brisbane clinics.

About the Role
In this newly created position, you'll lead an established team of eight reception and administration staff working across our Tingalpa and Stafford clinics. Reporting directly to the Director and working closely with our Clinical Team Leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clinics run smoothly and that our patients, practitioners, and admin teams are well supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of admin staff across two locations.
- Managing rosters, workflows, and performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing high-level reception and administrative support as needed.
- Troubleshooting operational issues with confidence and grace.
- Developing and refining systems that improve efficiency and the patient experience.
- Communicating clearly with clinic owners, clinicians, and patients.
You'll split your time between our Tingalpa and Stafford clinics, depending on the needs of the team and the business.
About You
You're an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You have a background in allied health or medical reception and are ready to take the next step into leadership, or already have experience managing admin or reception teams.
