As our business continues to grow, we're looking to appoint an Administration Manager to support our expanding sales and administrative operations. Ideally, you'll bring experience from a consultancy environment and be ready to work closely with and report to our Leadership Team.

About the Role

As Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and support functions, including:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office,
  • HR administration (contracts, leave requests, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Liaising with suppliers and third-party services (IT, phones, cleaners, landlord, etc.)
  • Coordinating permanent and contractor requirements, including contract generation and renewals.
  • Managing and mentoring a small team including administration, project support, tenders and finance staff.
  • Producing custom reports on team capacity and KPIs for management.
  • Leading and supporting the admin team  including project support, tenders, and finance.
  • Driving process improvements to support a more efficient and effective business.
  • Supporting consultants by freeing them up to focus on billable work.
  • Providing executive assistance to the Leadership Team as needed.
  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
