The successful candidate will be an empathetic communicator with strong business development skills and the ability to foster meaningful relationships. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business delivers exceptional services to NDIS participants while achieving key performance indicators across client acquisition, market expansion, and overall business growth.

What do you do?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS SIL sector to drive revenue and service expansion
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth referrals and service delivery
- Analyse market trends and contribute to business growth strategies, setting targets and tracking performance outcomes
- Represent the organisation at events, support marketing initiatives, and promote services within the NDIS community
- Manage proposals and contract negotiations from bid preparation to final agreements
- Oversee CRM usage and regularly report business development activities to senior management
- Ensure all activities comply with NDIS regulations and uphold high standards of service delivery
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
What do you need?
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields/
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Allied Health or other relevant fields is highly desirable
- Qualifications in Business Management are highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing within the Disability Support or NDIS sector
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, funding models and service delivery structures
- Experience with negotiating contracts, funding agreements and securing new business partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices
- Proven practical experience working with people with mental health issues and/or complex and multiple care needs
