This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. You will engage closely with various stakeholders across multiple levels of our clients' organizations, from senior executives to boutique owners, sales professionals, trainers, and marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Territory Development: Manage SME customers in the Brisbane market.
- Digital Strategy: Present products to increase portfolio value and new sales opportunities.
- Sales Engagement: Maintain a consistent rhythm to interact with the right customers and grow your portfolio.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a state-level plan aligned with the overall state strategy.
- Client Partnerships: Lead key account strategies with the Queensland State Manager and negotiate deals.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Regularly report results, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
- Market Insights: Gather and coordinate market intelligence on competitors.
- Influence: Provide valuable insights to inform state-wide decisions.
- A deep understanding of the real estate / B2B industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing key client relationships.
- Able to balance commercial objectives for both our business and our clients.
- Skilled in creative problem-solving and thinking beyond conventional solutions.
