In this full-time permanent role as a Business Development Manager you will support the growth of Plan Tracker's Plan Management and Support Coordination services across your state.

Using your superior skills in B2B sales you will be responsible for liaising with other business' and organisations in your state to establish strategic partnerships with them. You will assist with the ongoing development and implementation of the business strategy and the attainment of business targets.

We're looking for a well-rounded individual who has an interest and passion for building partnerships and driving excellent outcomes for customers. A person who is self-directed - you take ownership of your role and have an "I've got this" attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the national Partnerships team in developing new Partnerships by proactively contacting new partners and converting them to become active in referring their customers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience
- Drive and deliver customer acquisition to achieve business targets
- Manage key relationships to enhance customer service and drive strong alliances with our partners
- Maintain positive relationships with key NDIA employees, Local Area Co-ordinators (LACs) and pro-actively engage with them on a regular basis

You will bring:

- Strong business development experience or relevant sales related background
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme would be advantageous
- Demonstrated excellence in time management, planning abilities and communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Highly self-motivated and confident, with high integrity and determined to outperform competition
- The ability to Travel at times
- Experience working with a CRM database - Salesforce would be advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Business or Management will be advantageous
- Current Motor Vehicle Driver's License and a good driving record essential
- Current police check and Working with Children or Vulnerable People checks required
