Job Role:
We're seeking a senior professional to manage vendor relationships and lead contract management practices across our organisation.The position can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, and will involve leading the development and execution of supplier relationship strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage Supplier Portfolios: Ensure that ICT suppliers meet performance, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
- Drive Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: Deliver value and alignment with business objectives through strategic sourcing initiatives across the ICT category.
- Procurement Activities: Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including pre-contract planning and post-award contract management.
- Negotiation Strategies: Develop negotiation strategies and lead key negotiations with suppliers to strengthen relationships and ensure accountability.
- Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business outcomes and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Proven expertise in ICT procurement, post-award contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in ICT procurement.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, ICT, or related discipline; postgraduate and/or MCIPS highly desirable.
