We're on the lookout for a
Recruitment Coordinator
who loves keeping things organised, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to make a real difference to our hiring journey. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great candidate experience, we'd love to hear from you This role starts as soon as possible.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review all applications and screen according to requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments - you'll be the go-to person for candidates.
  • Completing reference checks and assisting with compliance.
  • Keeping candidates in the loop and making sure their journey feels positive and professional.
  • Supporting with all the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps things running smoothly.
  • Updating our systems and making sure our recruitment data is spot on.
  • Pitching in with wider HR and people projects when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, or a busy admin role would be great - but what matters most is your organisation, communication, and people skills.
  • A natural multitasker who can juggle diaries, deadlines, and details with ease.
  • Someone who's confident with tech (ATS, spreadsheets, Outlook - the usual suspects).
  • A friendly, approachable person who enjoys building great relationships.
