We're looking for a confident, proactive, and people-focused Internal Recruitment Specialist with a proven ability to connect, communicate, and generate talent – whether it's on the phone, over email or F2F. This position will join our HR team and lead the charge on finding, engaging, and hiring top talent across the country. From mobile tyre technicians on the road, to marketing and admin roles at HQ, you'll be helping us build the team that drives our success.


What you'll do

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles nationwide

·       Write engaging adds that cut through the noise

·       Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

·       Screen and interview candidates with care, warmth and professionalism

·       Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers and candidates in the loop at every stage

·       Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, no matter the outcome

·       Look for ways to improve the hiring process and employer brand

·       Report on recruitment activity and trends/insights to the HR Generalist


Who you are

· –3 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)

·       Confident, organised, approachable, and calm under pressure

·       You like variety and don't mind juggling multiple roles at once

·       Outside the box thinker who love's trying new ways to attract talent

·       You care about people — and about getting the details right

·       Understands that great hiring starts with a great experience
