About You

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and reliable
  • Ideally have some reception or admin experience (not essential if you're a fast learner)
  • Passionate about health and fitness — bonus points if you know your way around gym equipment
  • Comfortable chatting with members, handling enquiries, and helping with sales
  • Proactive and confident working independently during quieter times
  • Looking for a long-term role where you can connect with members and grow with the club
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and days.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and support members and guests — make every visit feel personal
  • Handle membership enquiries and sign-ups
  • Build strong relationships and deliver great member care
  • Manage calls, admin, and reception tasks
  • Help with social media — creating or posting content, sharing updates, and promoting events
  • Keep the gym tidy and welcoming
