To meet with increasing demands of our clinic, exciting opportunities are available for a **full-time and a part time Receptionists **to help at a dual specialist dental practice (Orthodontics and Special Needs). Dental experience is preferred but not a must.

**About the position**
- Meet and greet patients, carers, guardians, and parents
- Manage all incoming phone calls for the practice
- Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up communication
- Communicate bookings and patient needs with specialist dentists and other staff in the clinic
- Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims
- Maintain patient records and other computer systems and databases
- Process dental instruments and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Working With Children's Check
- Training, support and mentorship will be provided
- Applicants need to be able to work fulltime for 5 days, or part-time covering Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm
- Salary: $25 - $35/hour corresponding with experience
- Immediate start
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Passionate in providing a high level of care to our patients
- Capable of working in a team and is a team player
- Can work well unsupervised and be proactive
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Have good computer skills and willingness to learn
- Multilingual skill (i.e. being able to speak Chinese and English) will be highly desirable
