We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Saward Dawson administration team. The role will involve reception duties and other administrative support tasks. Training and support will be provided.

**This full time role consists of**:
**Reception and Client Experience**
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
- Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and making them feel welcome
- Provide hospitality including tea and coffee to clients and visitors
- Assisting with in house catering needs when required

**Administrative Support**
- Mail drop off, pick up, processing and distribution
- Processing documents from the ATO
- Scanning of documents and files
- Collation of various client documents
- General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Set up rooms for client and staff meetings
- Ordering of office supplies and stationery
- Be energetic, vibrant and positive
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to exercise initiative and discretion
- Be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be highly trustworthy
- Hold a current driver’s licence
