Business Development Sales Rep:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Representative to drive growth in the automotive tyre sector. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with automotive service providers, dealerships, fleet operators, and retail customers, and promoting our range of high-performance tyres. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the automotive industry, particularly tyres, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive tyre market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tyre retailers, mechanics, fleet managers, and automotive service centers.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of tyre products tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Strong understanding of tyre products, performance metrics, and customer applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
