About the role

We're offering a unique, high impact opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our senior leaders, align hiring practices and support our ambitious growth plans. You are a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, excellent communications skills and a proven track record in successfully aligning corporate roles with exceptional candidates.

With genuine career progression this position suits someone who enjoys not only mentoring staff but being operational in blue collar and corporate recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent for corporate roles.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates, leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, including, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.

Contribute in buildings a high-performance talent acquisition team.

Collaborating with the Head of OD, Marketing and Communications, to enhance the company's employer brand, ensuring messaging resonates with target candidates and aligns with our values and mission.

About You

A seasoned talent acquisition professional with 5+ years recruitment experience, you have significant in house experience ideally within FMCG.

Proven success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including blue collar and corporate roles.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your curiosity and sourcing strategies help attract passive talent.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills, can quickly build relationships and influence at all levels, you are comfortable being an advisor to your stakeholders.
