This is your chance to jump in to a front line account management role where you are the interface between key customers and the service team. This includes meeting with customers, taking responsibility for agreeing service expectations, communicating the outcomes with the office, contracts and service teams and ensure service is provided to company expectations as well as renegotiating and finding opportunities to increase service offerings to the client. The focus of the Account Manager - Retention will be ensuring client expectations are met from a true customer service point of view. As such, candidates that have the people skills to communicate with a service team and the communication and negotiation skills to deliver expectations on service, pricing etc will be seen to have the advantage.
Ideally, you will come from a customer facing B2B Account Management Role with a Client Retention focus. As an example, we are looking for customer cuddlers such as Automotive Fleet Account Managers, Cleaning Contract Relationship Managers and other relationship maintaining roles. Perhaps you are in a Customer Service Role in a Retention Team and want to get out on the road and meet customers face to face?
To summarise, I am looking specifically for people who take personal ownership of a client and their issues and are motivated to assist that client in the effort to maintain commercial benefit to all parties. Can you be that "hero" that provides customer service excellence?
